The Sept 29 meeting — the night Mary Teague Way passed — is finally on tape

The city’s video archive added the Sept 29 public hearing and stated meeting overnight — the Saunders Trades session that adopted Mary Teague Way and the eleven filings behind it — completing an eight-meeting shelf. A correction we owe you: yesterday’s video links pointed at dead IDs; the corrected ones are below. It’s day seven of nine of early voting — 8 AM to 4 PM today. And the Halloween weekend slate is stacked.

October on tape, complete: eight meetings, all published

The Sept 29 session — hearing and stated meeting — joins the shelf verified

The city’s Chameleon “Meetings On Demand” archive grew by two overnight: the Sept 29 public hearing (6:30 PM) and stated meeting (7:00 PM), both at Saunders Trades and Technical High School’s auditorium, joined the eight-meeting shelf this morning — every row publish-status live. That’s the night the record says the council adopted RES.157-2026 — “RESOLUTION HONORING THE LIFE AND LEGACY OF MARY TEAGUE AND AUTHORIZING THE HONORARY STREET RENAMING OF HAWTHORNE AVENUE FROM HUDSON STREET TO MAIN STREET AS ‘MARY TEAGUE WAY’” — after the file’s own history shows it referred Sept 9, held over Sept 15, adopted Sept 29 at 7:00 PM. The rest of that docket has resolved in full: every row on this morning’s matter feed reads Passed, SO.48-2026 (the South Broadway/Caryl encroachment) through RES.173-2026 (Commissioner of Deeds).

The shelf now: Sept 29 hearing + council, Oct 7 Rules, Oct 13 council, Oct 14 Planning Board, Oct 20 Rules, Oct 22 Zoning Board, Oct 27 council — the whole arc of the fall docket, watchable end to end. The two Sept 29 entries are the pair to bookmark: the hearing that aired the Teague renaming and the meeting that passed it, plus the eleven filings we’ve tracked since.

Sources: Chameleon archive API pulled Oct 30: eight events, publish status “live” — player pages: Public Hearing, Sept 29 · Council Meeting, Sept 29 · Rules, Oct 7 · Council, Oct 13 · Planning Board, Oct 14 · Rules, Oct 20 · Zoning Board, Oct 22 · Council, Oct 27 · Sept 29 times/venue from Legistar web API events feed, pulled Oct 30 · RES.157-2026 record + histories from web API, matter 1938, pulled Oct 30: “referred | 2026-09-09”, “held over | 2026-09-15”, “adopted | 2026-09-29T19:00:00” · matter-feed statuses from Legistar Legislation tab, fetched Oct 30

A correction on yesterday’s video links verified

The six player links in yesterday’s issue don’t resolve at today’s check — the player API returns an empty record for each of them. The meetings themselves are published and watchable; the archive’s own listing carries them under different IDs. Corrected links throughout this issue.

Sources: Issue #044 (Oct 29) printed player IDs 474, 468, 473, 472, 466, 469 · player API, ID 474, pulled Oct 30: empty record — and likewise 468, 473, 472, 466, 469 · working pattern for contrast: ID 448 returns the full Sept 29 council event

The ledger holds at Oct 27 verified

Tuesday night’s minutes still read “Draft” with no file posted, and nothing sits on the council calendar past Oct 27 — this morning’s events feed shows zero rows dated after it, and the standing second-and-fourth-Tuesday rhythm’s Nov 10 and Nov 24 dates are not posted yet. When they are, they’ll land on our Government page first.
