The calendar lists a stated meeting 30 minutes after the zoning hearing verified
The council’s Legistar calendar lists two Oct 27 events in the same room: the Public Hearing at 6:30 PM and the City Council of Yonkers Stated Meeting at 7:00 PM, both at City Hall – City Council Chambers, 4th Floor. Two wrinkles. First, the meeting has no agenda posted yet — the calendar’s video/agenda column reads “Not available” for it. Second, the automated events feed is behind: yesterday’s pull and this morning’s both list only the hearing as the council’s upcoming event, and the newest event in the feed is that Oct 27 hearing. The calendar page is the place to watch for the agenda drop before the 27th.
Status check: minutes still Draft, every docket file still “Referred” verified
The post-meeting paper trail hasn’t moved since Tuesday. The Oct 13 meeting’s Legistar page still shows Minutes status: Draft and no published minutes. And in this morning’s legislative record pull, every file on the Oct 13 docket still carries status “Referred” — ten with Oct 13 action dates (the P.S. 9 conveyance local law; the four grant ordinances: Field Hall Foundation $30,000, state CHIPS $202,648.00, federal ESG $285,304.00, federal HOME $1,294,624.01; the $20,000 Santos/Aponte settlement; the AI-in-elementary-schools resolution; the Italian Heritage/Columbus Day declaration; the Commissioner of Deeds item; and the three-position IT budget amendment) plus the eleventh, the Greenburgh training-center agreement, referred Oct 6. “Referred” means sent to committee, not passed. If the new Oct 27 stated meeting posts an agenda, these files are the ones to watch.
The video shelf: Oct 13 posted, and this month’s committee meetings too verified
The city’s TV archive carries three October meetings so far: the Oct 13 Council Meeting, the Oct 14 Planning Board (6:00 PM start), and the Oct 7 Rules Committee (9:00 AM start) — all published and playable now. Same story as before on the other shelf: Legistar’s video field for Oct 13 still reads “not available.” The archive is the place to watch meetings; the legislative system catches up later.
