38 items in. Zero out.

The Sept 15 council docket is finally on the record — and every one of its 38 items still reads “Referred,” with no action and no vote on any of them. What was on the table: a $3.3M petroleum-spill settlement, $4M for 636 South Broadway, a self-storage moratorium. And the Sept 22 Legislation & Codes meeting? It has vanished from the city's record.

The docket is up — and Tuesday's meeting disappeared

The Sept 15 stated meeting, on the record at last verified

The Yonkers City Council's Tuesday, Sept 15 stated meeting now has its full 38-item agenda posted — and here's the part that matters: every one of those items still reads “Referred,” with no action and no vote recorded on any of them. Nothing on that docket is law yet. The minutes of the meeting are still in draft, and the city published the agenda on Sept 18, three days after the meeting.

And then Tuesday's meeting vanished verified

A Legislation & Codes session that had been listed for Tuesday, Sept 22 — is gone from the record. A noise-code amendment (§66-5) remains pending (Referred). As of this check, its meeting page on Legistar lands on a “Gone” confirmation page and the city's legislation API returns 404 for that meeting. We can't tell you why it was pulled — only that the record no longer has it. What the city's calendar does still list for Tuesday Sept 22 is a Rules Committee at 6:30 PM out at Saunders Trades and Technical High School (183 Palmer Road), with no agenda posted.
